    I love these posts haha. For lunch I like a little of this, a little of that. I'm weird I know.

    1/2 avocado cut into chunks with a few drops of EVOO, high quality balsamic vinegar, S&P
    3 slices of deli cooked ham (I don't like sandwiches haha...again...weird)
    8 strawberries
    can of mixed fruit

    I am eating right now :wink: I made a big salad with lettuce mix, tomato, light feta, chicken breast and a boiled egg. I have a kiwi mixed with low cal vanilla yogurt on the side. 398 kcals total and so filling!

    I had a love lunch!!! I make them......love to be skinny. Boiled chicken breast diced, rotella tomatoes, mixed veggies w/a little shredded cheese!!! Under 300 cal YUMMMMOOOO!

    chicken fajitas - just the meat and veggies - no tortillas, toppings, etc.
    and a few chips and homemade salsa

    Homemade soup with a tomato sauce base with green beans, spinach, and sausage. Toasted bread with a cheese wedge. Yummy and hot for a cold, rainy day.

    I have two lunches a day - 11am and 2pm. For lunch 1 I had a slice of leftover turkey/quinoa meatloaf and an iceberg salad. Lunch 2 is still on the drawing board.
  • How funny! I also had a fit and active milk choc shake. We'll see how long it holds!!

    I had a turkey and provolone wrap. Whole wheat tortilla, oscar myers select applewood turkey, natural provolone cheese, a hand ful of mixed green salad and wrapped it up! Pretty delicious. If I had more time I would have added some tomato, and I should have added some avacado.

    Well it is 4AM here right now, but my lunch will be a party pita with turkey, a slice of cheese, and as much spinach as I can cram in. Mmm sooo yummy :D
