    Oh Dear, This is not the way it is supposed to go! Wrong direction! Well I still have 3 weeks in spite of wedding functions! I'll have to make some changes in my eating habits!

    I'm going to get back down to my pre-pregnancy weight that I'd worked so hard for AND complete my second half-marathon in March at the Rock N Roll Race in DC.

    Jan 1st: New year, fresh start! Don't expect to lose weight till the 15th though.
    Jan 8th: Glad I remember what I put last week, haven't lost weight yet but purchased a fitbit this week which is actually giving me a good idea of just how sedentary I am and pushing me to exercise more at least ;) . Also making me realize how really close I ate to TDEE during the break. I ate ~1500 calories and my sedentary TDEE is ~1600 calories. We'll see if there is movement next week which is exactly what I'm hoping for :)

    Just for fun: My fitness resolutions for the year are <25% body fat and run a mile.

    What is your fitness resolution for 2013? Exercise at least three times a week on a consistent basis and incorporate more physical activity into my daily life even outside of the gym.
