Have you tried fudgesicles? They are low cal and you feel like you get a lot more - some even have fiber in them.

You could try the old method of beating cravings... when you really feel like chocolate, wait 5 minutes and do something else. If you're still thinking about it after 5 minutes then indulge yourself with 1 piece (or serving), log it and move on. I really like Lindt truffles for this reason because you can buy just 1 of them by itself in most convenience stores and it's under 100 calories.

Those Lindt truffles are ridiculously good...the darker, the better. :)

After the kids are in bed and I'm finally sitting down for a few minutes to relax is my biggest "craving" time. Swiss Miss sugar free hot chocolate is great...60 calories.

Smashed up cauliflower mixed with cocoa powder

But you also have to sprinkle green tea extract or raspberry ketone powder on it.

cacao nibs in honey greek yoghurt = as good as ice cream! cacao nibs still have the calories and fat from cocoa butter but no added sugar! so scrummy! :)

And I second the sex - it's better than anything. And if you're deficient in awesome partners, get a really nice vibrator. :P

    Nothing.

Why would you want to substitute it?

    It makes me sad...

:) Try dark chocolate. When I have an insane sweet/chocolate craving, I find a piece of dark chocolate (ghiradelli makes 86% squares) which are divine.

If chocolate is a substitute for sex ... then wouldn't the reverse be true??? Personally I prefer having both though ... and even better together ;)

Where the heck is the "like" button!

I use this for my chocolate fix. It has only 1 net gram of carb. I put it in my oatmeal, make hot chocolate, and use it to make chocolate sprinkled chex mix. Absolutely AMAZING!

I use Raw Organic Cacao Powder....I add a little to my already chocolate protein shake in the AM, mix it into oatmeal, make my own hot cocoa with almond milk. Occasionally I mix it in with a little mascarpone, cinnamon and stevia for a low carb snack.

OMG... how tiny must those eggs be to come in at 195 Calories each... they look delicious, I must admit, but I'd be inclined to eat the whole carton in one go

They're egg sized. It's that they're full of scoopable fluff.
