I'm 5' 2'' and really started at around 145ish, but don't have any pictures from that that I can find.

Here is me at 130 on the left and about 128 on the right (2 months later) after lots of exercise and strength training. Not a huge difference, but hey progress right? lol

I am 5'3, not finished but getting close. Was up to 224lbs at one point. Currently plateauing at 160, would like to get down in the 135-140 range.

Yep I'm a shortie too! No pictures up yet really! I am 5'4" (and a quarter). I'm 165 pounds. At my heaviest I was 187. I never want to be that weight again. What helped me was finally having my gallbladder taken out and also now taking probiotics and digestive enzymes. Saw a nutritonist...lost my first 15 or so. Now I am on here!!!! It's amazing that just by cutting out whole wheat and most breads...I am doing well and losing. Of course...I want to be toned too but right now I have some cardio issues and I want to focus on walking and getting the circulation going!!!!

Sometimes I think it seems harder for shorter people to lose. Or maybe there is a strong co-relation between obesity and shortness? I like ot think of it as petite. I am smaller framed up top and bigger hips. It helps me carry weight on bottom but...I want to slim down to my natural sillhouette. Luckily I have big quad muscles but at the same time...I want to for into skinny jeans. I guess in this world we can't always get what we cant (as the rolling stones would say). But I have to try...
