1. Avocados - tons of health benefits (even in the bedroom!) a long with being high in healthy fats/fiber!

2. Sweet Potatoes – loaded with carotenoids, vitamin C, potassium, and fiber. A great source of carbs!

3. Blueberries – a low-calorie source of fiber, antioxidants and phytonutrients. Research has shown they help with short-term memory and reduce cell damage that comes with aging

Yes, I actually like organ meat. Chicken liver, calf's liver, hearts, tripe, the whole she-bang.

Also, octopus, squid pieces in squid guts, cartilage, marrow...

Damn, do people hate avocados? Man, people are idiots. Avos ROCK!!!

I also love lentils so would have picked those just like tschaff04. Hmmm.... lemmie think of some others.

    1. Beetroot. I know a lot of people who hate it. I like it raw, thinly sliced, roasted, boiled - anything. Who doesn't love having bright pink pee?! Awesome. :) LOL

    2. Blue Cheese. The real stuff. Stilton, gorgonzola, dolcelatte I love it crumbled on tomatoes as a treat. I'm not talking blue cheese dip or dressing but the proper cheese.

    3. Lima Beans (Or Broad beans as we call 'em in the UK) - I bloody love these little babies. I have a real things for bean, bean the music fruits in all forms. Great affordable protein and add great texture to curries, stews, casseroles, soups - anything!

    I'm only limited to three?

I like anything green. Salads, celery, spanish olives, spinach, the list goes on and on...except for butter beans. Hate the nasty things.
I like dehydrated fruit, except for bananas.
I just recently picked up a taste for guacamole.

For some reason I do not like regular Catfish... only the Flathead, its a meatier and not as flaky (I think thats why I dont like any other fish, is because of the flaky texture). I have just been introduced to Alligator this year and OH MY YUM. I am just so glad my husband likes to fish and frog gig.

Wow there are some CRAZY ones here!!!! I feel like my diet is so dull now.

Alligator, wowzers! I've tried frogs legs and they kinda taste like greasy brown meat on a chicken. I dunno what catfish is, you can;t get that over here in the UK. I did see it on Diner Drive Ins and Dives ones and it looked pretty awesome. Heck, anything fried is awesome! lol
