    I'm 5ft 3", goal is 125 and currently at 148 - will see how I feel at 130.
  • I'm 5'1" and currently around 125. I've gotten down to 116 but I was "skinny fat."
I'm 125 again with the intent to tone up. My toned goal is between 111-120.
Will reevaluate when I get there.

5' 2" here. My goal is between 125 to 130. My smallest was in high school at 106 lbs but looking back with my bone structure was not healthy. I also know that with my age, two children and many surgeries I will never get to that size again. Nor do I want it. I want to be healthy and happy for my daughter. I do not want my daughter believing that being RAIL thin is the healthy way to be. Realistically, a woman needs some muscle and fat to be healthy. I have lost 15 lbs so far and I have some ways to go but I am going to do this the smart way. I am eating healthier, smarter and working out. I will be signing up with a trainer who understands my limitations of having my back fused 2 times and a nuerostimulator implant put in.
  • I'm 5'3 and 3/4, currently weighing 58kg with a goal of 55kg (approx 128lbs with a goal of 122lbs). I've dropped down to 117lbs before, which feels great but I found it incredibly hard to sustain. It's easy to have a figure in mind but if it is torture to maintain or is unreasonable then I would revise it. As long as you can stay within the normal BMI band for your height/build, then that's what I would focus on. Too many people have unreasonable/unattainable goals (i.e. those of a dangerously low BMI, too high a target etc). It's all about being healthy and staying healthy
  • I'm 5'1" and a half (that half an inch counts ;) I am currently 125 pounds, my goal is to be between 115-120. My lowest this summer was 119, but I gained a couple since then. Super stressed with my sister's wedding that was in September and was a little loose with tracking my calories over the end of the Summer/beginning of Fall. Working my way back down now =) yay!
  • i'm 5'1 and i'm 209 and my goal is 130

I'm 5ft 2" and currently weigh 147 pounds (10 stone 7lbs) and this is the heaviest I have ever been and I've finally decided to do something about it. I want to get back down to 119 lbs so I have nearly 2 stone to lose.
I don't know if ill be ble to get backdown to 8.5 st as I'm 25 now and I was 20 last time I was 8st 7, so I'm worried my metabolism as slowed. However 9 st would be acceptable.
I've done this once before. In my 2nd year of university I went from 10st down to 8st 7lb so I know I can do it, but I did a lot of gym work then which I'm not doing now, but wasn't so focused on my calorie intake then.

Age isn't as relevant as you may think - I got down to my all-time adult low when I was 32/33 through sensible dieting/exercising. Less weight than I carried when I was 18

I'm 5'2". Most of my life/ since I've been this height I've usually been 100-115.
Had some health issues & now 155, goal is 110.
I've been a dancer my whole life since I was 3 & want to get back to my life now that my health has improved.
  • I'm 21 and 5ft2. My HW was 170lbs, CW -128, GW -119, UGW - 105-110.

Currently, 128lb but all my excess weight is in my stomach which has only recently began to shrink at all. I'm a size 8-10 (UK) in jeans but a 12-14 (UK) on top!

The lightest I can remember weighing was 140lbs when I was 14 so this probably the lighest I've been in 7 years plus.
  • I'm 5'3". I started at 161 (but my all-time highest was 171) and am now 125.8. Despite lifting, I still have lots of fat around my back and belly so I'm aiming for maybe 110? 108? I'm also VERY small-boned.

I am 5'1" and I started at 155 in May of 2012. My currrent weight is 127lbs, and my goal weight is 120-125. I don't want to be too skinny. I still have a small pooch of a stomach, so once it's gone, I'm done.

Oh my god, it's my people! Am I the only one who is shocked when they meet someone shorter than them?

I'm 5' 2",although the last time I went to the doctor they measured me at 5' 3". I'm currently around 145 lbs according to my cheap bathroom scale but it always seems to be 10 lbs less than the doctor's scale. I was 101 when I graduated high school, but I think that is too skinny. I'd like to try to get to 110 then maintain between there and 115. My real goal is to be a size 4 again like I was about 5 years ago. And to not get out of breath going up the stairs.

5' 2.5" and currently 115lb, I have a very small frame. Was around 103-104 in my younger days which was fine but would look utterly emaciated at that weight now.

My taller friends who know my weight groan and say it's light, but i don't think they take height and build into it! At 130-140lbs I look huge.

My sort of folk ...I am 5ft 2" and at my heaviest at 177lb and want to be 118lb I was this weight until I got injured and could not run anymore....a long journey for me and I think a lot older than a lot of the ladies here so may be slower weight loss.especially as pulled back out last night.
  • I'm 5'0 & about 5-6 pounds away from my goal weight of 105! I'm having a really hard time dropping the last few pounds and would love any suggests for changes to diet that could help me banish the final weight for good!

Hi, nice to meet you all

I'm 5 foot, goal wt 126lb. Started at 216lb, now at 199lb. This is the first time I've succeeded in losing any significant amount of weight so I'm determined to get to my goal, which will take me another 14 months. I'm focusing on small goals -the most recent was to break the 200lb barrier and get back in the 100s club -achieved this week woo hoo :-)
Next goal is to reach 195lb = total loss of 1 1/2 stone, which will also be a 10% weight loss for me, will get me back in the 13stone something club (13 stone 13 but it still counts in my book), will change my ticker tape to 69lb to go and will be the lightest I've been for at least 5 years, so five goals rolled into one :-)

Good luck everyone with your own goals
