I wear my fitbit all the time, walk everywhere & work myself stupid to reach my goal of 20000 a day. I have a bigger goal to keep my 7 day running total over 200, 000 steps.... so far I've managed that easy. Today (12th Jan) I only had to do 9000 steps to keep it there, I did over 30,000 just for the hell of it.0 -
