    Count me in, I have to up my exercise as I am getting married in March and need to lose a few lbs. I have been laid up recovering from an operation for the last 10 weeks so starting on the 1st Jan I will be getting back on my feet.

    Just got a Zipbit Zip.
    3,000+ is a rest day or day when I do other exercise that doesn't up my steps,
    5,000+ is an average active day
    10,000+ is a good day or one where I get a big walk in.
    My goal is to try to go over 5,000 as many days as possible. So 175000 is my goal for the month, with an average of 6,000.

    1/1 4646 (not bad for a rest day)
    1/2 5055 (active work day may up it tomorrow after I have the final total)
    1/3 3545 (also did 130+ minutes of exercise, Aquafit, strength training and some cardio with an HRM)
    1/4 4850 (active short work day)
    1/5 6838
    1/6 10,254 (this included an hour walk)
    1/7 2135 (also aquafit)
    1/8 633 was recovering from not feeling well
    1/9 2582 was still recovering
    1/10 10,697 (so far tonight included a walk/run)
