:flowerforyou: my pedometer allows me to save data on my computer so I have records going back to when I bought it......my average for 2010 was around 11,000
my average for 2011 was around 18,000
my average for 2012 was around 23,000....that shows me that the more I pay attention to steps, the more opportunities I find to increase the total...in 2012 I refused to let the weather interfere with my walking outdoors and I found more ways to walk and jog in place in the house.

1-1 14,481 steps(Didn't even make my daily goal of 15,000 boo. Guess my body wanted to relax after the day before)
