  • Hi, I'm starting at exactly 300 lbs. My highest weight ever was 350 in 2004, I started weight watchers then and lost 30 lbs, then got really sick wih a health issue and lost another 50 lbs. Duto medicine for said health issue, gained 50 lbs back. Hovered between 290-315, 2012 I made it to 280, lost my motivation and am now starting AGAIN at 300. *BIG GIANT SIGH* Soooo, I could use some support, I would really really like to keep up my motivation and yours so please, feel free to add me as a friend and/or message me anytime! The more the merrier!

Based on the number of people who replied to this thread you are not alone here. I never realized so many started out their journey being 300 pounds or more. My highest was 497 and over many years I have gotten down to what I am now 364. I started again this year so my ticker only show the pounds I lost so far this year. It is a long road especially when you have other medical conditions but I know we can all DO IT! I am looking for friends so OP or anyone else please feel free to send me a friends request. I need all the help and support I can get.
