    Bump with pics. Oven-baked jerk chicken, rice with peas, and salad:

    The jerk marinade was really tasty. Recipe was from: http://caribbeanpot.com/a-classic-jamaican-jerk-marinade/

    Following is NOT low-cal now low-fat. First baked some yogurt biscuits (use fat-free plain Greek yogurt but there's plenty of butter in it):

    Which was then used for a Southern breakfast for dinner. Biscuits with pork gravy, two eggs over easy, salt pork, and cheese grits:

    Definitely tasty, but a once in a while thing.

    I usually eat off paper plates but since I was photographing this for you all, I put it on a plate and even took it out on the porch to get natural light in the picture.

    This was my lunch today: a hamburger patty (4 oz. raw), 1/2 cup whole kernal sweet corn, and a cup of spinach salad (1 cup spinach, 5 manzanilla olives, 1 tbsp olive oil).

    466 calories, 10 carbs, 39 fat, 20 protein

    Here's what I had for supper: 1 pork rib, 1/2 cup black beans, and a cup of green beans sauteed with a sprinkle of soy sauce.
