Dinner tonight - Roasted turkey breast with srirach, spinach salad with pico, steamed broccoli and the rest of my kimchi. I ended up going back for mor broccoli. I was famished!

Turkey black bean chili on top of homemade baked yam fries with cheese and sour cream.
Turkey and spinach quesadilla with sliced avocado on top and a side of mushroom and broccoli with sour cream and garlic dip.
Epic sandwich time.

If it works (if not I'll upload it somewhere else & edit); this is carbohydrate heaven, haha. Homemade vegan mushroom gravy over brown rice and artisan bread, with veggies. I was pmsing so my boy spoiled me with something savory and indulgent. =]0 -

And some experimental sushi with the cauliflower rice, it was pretty dang tasty and only about 25cal per roll!2 -
