      I don't think she meant to be cocky. Most women have heard "you have such a pretty face" instead of you are so pretty due to extra weight. I've been there before myself.

      Ok so those that are poking fun at the OP most likely got tired of being picked on and now are comfortable enough in their own skin that they can now be the "picker" or have never been told that they have a pretty face for a chubby or fat girl or had someone look at them like it's surprising that you can be pretty and fat or they just really don't get what the OP meant which is speaking on ignorance why not move on past the post if you don't agree instead of poking fun.

      You do know that some people gain weight because of others poking fun at them as children they turn to food. I thought this site and these boards were to support one another?! Or am i in the "popular ppl online group" ? lol
