First time posting here, so be gentle!
For dinner tonight I had sesame chicken, brown rice and green beans. It was awesome. ~500 calories for the whole meal.
Sesame Chicken recipe from here (it was delish, I super duper recommend it):

Tonights Dinner: Make your own pizza night!!
One on the right plain cheese pizza. Cheese is a mixture of Mozzarell, Romano and Manchego
One on the left is Ricotta, with sauteed spinach and garlic with the above cheese mixture, topped with olives and left over beef souvlaki meat.
No counting calories tonight!:blushing:

Wow, a lot of people want the rice recipe, haha! It's actually the easiest thing! You just grate raw cauliflower(I use the food processor for convenience) and cook it whichever way you want -- steamed, stir-fried, etc but keeping in mind that the 'rice' won't really absorb any liquid so it's best to mix it with dry flavorings as much a possible. For the cilantro-lime rice, I used only 1 small lime's worth of juice to 400 grams of the rice -- and it was still too wet! Next time, I'm going to experiment with just dried lime powder instead!1

Oh! And tonight's main course!
Alfredo shirataki pasta with mushrooms, onions, and lobster! Ended up around 300cal. I wanted to add some green veg but sadly none left in the house. =((
And my new addiction: broiled yam with black pepper and parmesan!
