I run 8 miles twice a week. I haven't tried anymore. I never tracked the distance when I was in the Army. The longest was probably a 1/2 marathon.

:OO Some people have went a lot of miles.

The most I can run is 5-6 miles. That's all I've ever tried, which would take me around an hour. I usually don't run for a couple hours...

I ran my first marathon Nov. 2011. Just know that if you get to that level you can easily lose it! I'm now back to only 3 miles. The training was really intense and I probably would not run another marathon but it was one of the most personally fulfilling things I have ever done.

Furthest to date has been 12 miles. I run 5-10 miles typically when I'm running often. Occasionally run a fast 3 to mix it up. Planning on doing a half marathon in the spring / early summer.

I am up to 12 and working on getting to a 1/2 marathon. A year ago I finished C25K. You just keep working on it.

I just finished C25K in Nov., but I can 'jog' a bit over 5 miles. I'm sure I could go farther, I just haven't tried yet. :)

I did a 3.8 mile trail on Thanksgiving. Running has slowed due to weather but around 3 now. I am going to increase that this year!

run?.. zero . I HATE running

Ditto. Most I run these days is across the road. Probably stems back to a time when I was at school and we were forced to run in the wind and rain through muddy fields. Same reason I don't enjoy football or rugby.

    I did 7.05 this AM.

Ran a half in November. I *might* do another half but 5k/10k is far more fun lol

The farthest I've ever actually run was a little over 6 miles. I know I could go further, but never really had a reason to.... Most of the time I'm running for exercise and to burn calories and my "routes" vary from 2.5-6.1 miles - which is generally half an hour to 75 minutes of leisure running, enough to satisfy my exercise requirements.

Maybe I should make a goal to go further this year!

 I suck at running. But if an ax murderer were chasing me, I'll bet I could run pretty far!

I've done one half, a few 10k races and more 5ks than I can remember... But unless there's someone to race, I get bored, easily. So four miles? Without wanting to slit my wrists?

I'm a new jogger/runner and haven't run outside yet. I'm looking forward to doing so in the spring. The lack of scenery change on a treadmill can get boring.

My longest distance so far is 3.2Km (2 miles). I'm working on improving both distance and speed (mainly distance) until spring.

My longest so far is 7 miles. My average run is probably 4 miles. Not bad considering I just started running at the end of January last year and used to hate running.

13.1. I've run four half marathons in the last few years and am signed up for four more this spring. I'm doing a more advanced training plan this winter/spring and will hit a 15 mile training run in a few months. Then at the end of May I'll start training for my first marathon, so there will be many runs beyond 15:)
