    might have been said already but, Bacon wrapped green beans....substitute the regular bacon with turkey bacon.....I made them this past weekend. guessing about 60 calories per bundle....google for many different recipes.

    Bacon stuffed mushroom caps

    For 65 medium to large mushrooms

    mushrooms
    onion powder 1tsp
    garlic powder 1tsp
    1 package of bacon, cooked and crumbled or cut into small pieces
    2 packages of cream cheese, softened
    oil (for sautee-ing)

    Peel the stems off the mushrooms and cut into pieces. Place the caps off to the side. Sautee the mushrooms, onion powder, and garlic powder
    In a bowl, mix together softened cream cheese, mushroom stem mix, and bacon (you can also sautee the bacon with the stems but it takes longer and they aren't really cooked, I like to microwave mine.) Pre-heat oven to 350. Spoon the mixture into each mushroom cap. and place on tray. Cook for 20 minutes. You can also spinkle some cheddar or mozza cheese on the top to melt but I found that you didn't really taste it with all the cream cheese in it.

    I hosted a bacon party a couple months ago. It included maple bacon donuts, chocolate chip bacon cookies, a bacon explosion, a full roasted pig, bacon mac n cheese, pizza with bacon toppings, smoked bacon strips, bacon ale, etc. I can't think of anything that was served that wasn't bad for you.

    Bacon wrapped hot dogs are not super ridiculously bad for you (not really good for you either) and are simple. But if you want a good dessert made with bacon do maple brown sugar cookies with crumbled candied bacon. You will never forget it.

    My favorite salad:

    Spinach salad with a warm bacon vinaigrette
    Includes the following:

    Baby spinach
    pieces of bacon
    gorgonzola cheese
    finely sliced red onions
    Candied walnuts
    Warm bacon fat/ blackberry balsamic vinaigrette.

    make bacon, cheddar broccoli mini quiche's. Totally delicious and you can easily control the portion size! just bake them in tart shells.

    Make these with Canadian Bacon or center cut bacon. I am not a fan of turkey bacon but so many others are!

    My favorites are potato salad with bacon pieces or like others have mentioned jalapenos with cream cheese wrapped in bacon or an easier way is to cut the jalapeno in half remove the insides lay a half or quarter piece of bacon on it and some cream cheese on top and bake! YUM! bacon!
