Yo, what is the topic of your doctorate (I ask because I'm studying for mine too
)
A friend of mine is hoping to compete in 14/15 weeks, In what I imagine is the same competition
I'll tell her to keep an eye out for you guys 0 -
bumping to finish reading why a lot of people already hate me since my chest has something in common with Yo...
And for the record, when I was obese, I still had A cup boobs and couldn't give 2 ***** whether any of the catty, judgemental, jealous women like it or not.
Yo, do your thing! You look awesome!!!0 -
How sad is it that there are still people (including women!) who feel the need to determine a woman's quality based on her breasts. Whether they are big, small, real, or fake....it doesn't matter. That should not affect a woman's worth or take away from her success and hard-work.
She looks amazing and clearly has envy-worthy discipline. Kudos to her!
Also, if you don't have anything constructive to say.....just keep your mouth shut. I promise you nobody wants to hear it. This wasn't posted by someone who was asking for advice, so why feel the need to comment?0 -
Yo did an amazing job.
Next up: ME!0 -
I'm ignoring all the stupid, judgy comments on this thread.
I just stopped by to say you're both hot, and if you two made porn, I'd buy it.
Ditto.
This.

This look was gained with a sharp diet, lifting heavy weights like me (she squats 60kg for 30 reps x 3 sets, 77.5k for 12 reps!) and ZERO cardio0 -
She looks very impressive. It's obvious that she worked hard for this. For any women who are using this picture as a reason not to lift weights, because you want a "softer" look, don't. That actually minimizes her accomplishment. This is an example of what a lot of hard work can get you. It's an amount of work that won't happen on accident. Think of this picture as a look that is attainable, with the work she put in, but it's not a typical result from typical weight lifting from a typical person. Weight bearing exercise is very healthy and recommended, including for women.
Well said. I completely agree with this post.0 -
Thanks for all the kind comments people - very much appreciated.0

As someone who isn't into that look personally I just want to still say well done to you. I'm sure some amount of time and effort was put into achieving that and you should be so proud of yourself.
