    Absolutely amazing. I'm 5'9, started 246 lbs with ~92 lbs to lose. I've got 24 lbs to go and this is so inspiring to get to my goal weight. Kudos to you, buddy!

    Thank you!! You can do it!!! You just have to stay focused and stay persistent!. Even if you have one bad day!! or one bad week where you only lose 1 pound! You can turn it all around the next day!!. Great progress so far!, keep it up!

    You know I am starting to realize how proud I should feel after posting my before and after picture on here and seeing all the feedback!. I always knew I had lost alot of weight but never realized how big of a deal it was because I would get people saying that it was a big difference and great job in my life but it took alot of time and was such a slow change for me it didn't seem like I lost as much as I did, i'm not sure if that makes sense but that's how I felt!. Seeing everyone telling me how encouraging I am and how great I did is really helping my confidence and is giving me the strength to keep going!!! :) Thank you all!
