there are some Light alcohol out there
    - Light Vodka
    - Light Whiskey (Kessler, Mount Royal Light)

They have less alcohol and less calories.
Kessler is approx 70 cals per 1oz
Kessler Light is 50 cals per 1oz.

Of course if you are looking to get slammed, you will have to drink more.

    Try presses.

Blueberry Press = Blueberry Vodka + tonic water
Strawberry Press = Strawberry Vodka + tonic water

    etc.

    Any flavor, any press.

Whiskey and diet is pretty good.

I also enjoy a rum and diet, which is not as strong as a whiskey diet or a press... and doesn't taste as good... but it's okay.

Actually, a press is 1/2 soda and 1/2 sprite...otherwise it would be a tonic...
And tonic is LOADED with calories and the quinine gives you wicked hangovers, but it's excellent for malaria!

If you like wine, I've found that mixing 1/2 glass of wine with 1/2 a glass of diet cranberry (or diet cran-grape/diet cran-pomegranate) is amazing! The diet cranberry drinks are only 5 calories, so they really cut the amount of calories you're drinking for your wine. The end result tastes a bit like a delicious sangria.

Interestingly, mind of matter often takes over for me, and I'll feel like I drank a full glass of wine when I'm done. It's been life changing for me! :drinker:

This sounds awesome! Thanks for the suggestion!

Any liquor mixed with a 0-calorie drink is pretty low. I like Capt. & Diet Coke - only like 60 calories.

I like this drink as well!
Vodka and Sugar Free Red Bull is another good choice

I am in Ontario Canada and they have a wine called Skinny Grape, it is pretty good. 80 cals for 5 oz. I know in the States and Canada I have seen Skinny Girl Wine as well as other drinks she has created with the Skinny Girl line.

Alcohol is pure calories, so the less calories, the less buzz. Wine and beer have some non-alcohol calories though, so basically most buzz for the buck is a clear liquor.

I mix a shot of liquor in a 16 oz. glass of water, and mix in Crystal Light. The only calories are how ever many is in the shot, and 10 calories per packet of CL. Plus, Crystal Light has come out with margarita, and a couple other flavors for alcoholic drinks as well, which are pretty yummy!
