    If it is a true story - I'd only approach that potentially sleazy old man again with a bit of caution.

    Ever had a gym stalker? Someone who follows you around the gym, watches your routine? Perhaps prays on your vulnerabilities? They are crazy. They will make you a target and won't let go. Do not give him a hint of interest. RUN GIRL RUN. Maybe even find another gym - we don't want to see your photo on milk cartons .... maybe have someone (other than him) walk you to your car after your gym sessions for a while!

    It doesn't hurt to be a bit more careful ....
