    I'm having a Boca chick'n patty burger with a whole wheat bun and some Ritz Mix for lunch. No veggies for me. I will try to eat an apple for desert and squeeze in some veggies at dinner.

    I updated my paper journal today with my exercise and mileage for the month. Transferred my CK sig line to here. It took a bit of finagaling to get it to fit cuz we are only allowed 10 lines here! And I think the ticker url counts :ohwell:

    No, my membership is good at CK until November. There are several ppl there that I like to read their blogs. I may just pay the $20 and keep that membership. Sometimes I think we just need change and that is what a lot of us needed recently. Can't say that I am doing any better here though :laugh: , so I guess it may not have been the website?! :ohwell: :bigsmile:

    So it has been 4 months since anyone last updated.

    On Julie's last statement, I think i've actually done worse since leaving CK, I don't know if it was CK, or my moms death, or the loss of my job, oh well, lots of life changing things happened in the last year or so for me, I gues it is expected to see some weight gain.

    And now here I am pregnant. My how things change so quickly.

    What's that old saying, things change but stay the same??
