How many hours per week do you workout?

I just wrote out my schedule and I do 3 heavy lifting sessions per week for 45 minutes each and then 4-5 cardio sessions per week, 30-60 minutes each.
My total lifting per week is 2 hrs 15 minutes, total cardio per week is roughly 5 hours.
Total workout time per week is 7 hrs.
Just wondering what yours is? And is mine "average" or "good"?

Good Question. Want to see others.
But I'm in the process of figuring something out.
Would really like to be able to go to the gym everyday.
But general my schedule is this: Mon-Fri(might skip some days) 1.5hr workout (not very intense)
Once-Twice a week of 90min Bikram yoga.....
but would really like to either amp up the intensity of my workout or just start adding in my Wii active workout.0 -
About 5 or 6 total..... 4 cardio, 2 lifting.... more or less.0

Well, I have an active job so my goal is just to work out 150-250 minutes per week with a mix of cardio (running, walking, hiking, swimming, and machines), circuit training (mostly Jillian Michaels stuff) and strength training. I don't work out to lose weight. I do it for health, strength, endurance, and fun. I rely on my dietary changes for weight loss. I mean, I could lose weight by working out more but I find that if I go over the threshold I just mentioned, I tend to binge more. Moderation in all things and just staying active is where I want to be.0

This past week, 3.5 hours0

Lifting - 6 hours
Cardio - 45 minutes-1 hour0 -
I do 3 one hour lifting sessions and 3 twenty to forty minute cardio sessions, soon to be reduced to one or two cardio sessions0
-
35-40 minutes/4 times a week for strength
30 minutes a week/ 2 times a week for cardio0 -
lift 3 hours 45 minutes
cardio 2 hours0 -
Lift 3 x 45
Cardio 3 x 45-600 -
I do 2 Body Pump sessions and a HIIT session for 30 min a week so 2.5 hours for weights
I do 2 Body Combat classes, run 3 days a week and a step class so 6+ hours of Cardio (depending on my running distance)
so around 8.5 hours a week0 -
Lifting: 7.5 hours
Cardio: 1 hour0 -
5-8 hours a week. Five hours of cardio, the rest is typically pilates or yoga.0
-
I workout 6 days a week one and a half hours, and sometimes two hours a day.0
-
Between six and seven usually. It is split probably 70/30 cardio to lifting.0
-
Two and a half hours a week. Lifting only. No cardio.0

My new workout regimen for the last three weeks:
Lift: 2 hours 15 minutes (3 x 45 min)
Cardio: 30 minutes to an hour (1x a week)
Pole (which is a combination of both strength and cardio): 1 hour 15 minutes (1x a week)
So 4 to 4.5 hours a week of scheduled workouts, however, there are usually such things as dancing, football and the like thrown in each week just for fun.0 -
Lifting: 4.5 hours
Cardio: 00 -
I swim 3 hrs per week, but for me, for now that's just fine. You seem to be doing loads, well done x0

Lifting - 40 minutes per day. 5 or 6 days a week = a little over 3 hours a week
Cardio - (Same as lifting) 40 minutes per day. 5 or 6 days a week = a little over 3 hours a week
So in total about 6.5 hours a week0 -
Well I don Insanity workouts 6 days a week so thats about I'm guessing 6-7 hours a week or less. But no less than 4 hours.:bigsmile:0
