    Goal: 6 hours/week

    Reality: 2-4 hours/week

But always 2 hours at a pop: 1 hour cardio + 1 hour strength

    About 6/7 hours a week

    2.-3 hours on strength
    3-4 hours on cardio

Plus walking to and from work which is about an hour a day 5x a week. But haven't been doing that the past few weeks....winter finally hit.

1-2 hours strength training, 10-12 hours cardio. I used to do much more but since I started running that is my main focus now. I jog 20+ miles a week

I run for 50mins a day on the days I run.... about 3 days a week at this point. I walk constantly for about 6 hours a day. I then will Zumba for about 40 mins. Walking is not just your normal walking to the car or stuff..... we are talking 17km walk to get a light globe.

    That's every day.

I would say about 10 hours per week. I anywhere from 7-8 bootcamps per week, 1 day of hip hop cardio, 1 day of 4+ miles run, and walk 4 days a week.

Lifting: 2 x 45 min sessions per week with 15 mins sprints (Or HIIT if you like) to warm up.

    1 x 1 hour millitary style circuits

2 x 20 min 'prison workouts' at home (bodyweight excercises)

My life as a farmer gives me plenty other cardio.

I am currently doing a TurboFire/ Turbo Jam mix (mostly TurboFire- following the calendar).

Cardio Only Workouts- 2 days per week

Strength & Cardio- 4 days per week

    Stretch- 40 minutes on Thursday

I also walk about a 40 minute round trip to pick up kids on school days when weather permits. Trying to teach kiddos to enjoy physcial activity.

About 7 hours of cardio per week, average an hour a day. Really looking forward to spring/summer when I can do 20-mile bike rides, or add a swim to the end of a gym workout.

its hard to specify how long i workout because first of all when doing cardio i aim for a calorie goal usually 300-400 so depending on what i use that day be it the treadmill or bike it varies, plus when lifting i dont feel as stong every day so i may increase my rest period between sets so i can complete them properly and it also depends on body part and if i do high/low volume training

    30 minutes lifting 3 times a week.
30 minutes of running twice a week.
30 minutes twice a week of cross training.
60-80 long run once a week
30 minutes of yoga once a week.

    90 - Strength
    3-3.5 hours - cardio
    30 - yoga

I have really started working on my strength so hopefully that will be going up.
