    I'm looking for a new brand of coffee. What would you recommend?

    CLiff, this may be difficult for me, as for my 42yrs on earth ive never had a sip of coffee, but I hear ppl partial to the White Chocolate Mocha at Sbx lately.

    I'm board of the treadmill and it's raining/cold/winter outside. Do I try putting together a puzzle while on the treadmill, do I watch hoarders while on treadmill, or do I try to find that old richard simmons sweatin' to the oldies dvd?

    WHile this would be a prime opportunity to ask you to touch base after office hours I will give you some advice. Try some Cycle, Running Tabata's. You will be out of gas in half the time.

    I am tired of doing the same old planks...looking for something new.

    I was given some advice this morning..tried it...and now im at the ER.

    Oops...sorry, dude...hope everything turns out okay. Check the nurse for an adam's apple before she gives you a sponge bath.
