    Great Post. You look like a different person. I started the fat belly diet yesterday. I hope I get results like you have. I've never done a diet before but like you this diet is a different way of eating more than a diet. I do 1600 calories for first 4 days then 2000 a day. Many of you will likely think too much calories. However a friend of mine and his wife did the diet 3 years ago and continue to follow the easy eating plans and they lost 15-20% of their weight and are now considered healthy weight. I'm not setting a goal I'm just going to follow it and also started to go to jym twice a week.
