I underestimated just how far I would go in January. I aimed for 75km and am set to cover (relatively easily) 100 km for the month.
Given that February is a short month, I'm going to push myself to aim for 100 km (62.14 miles) - I'm only counting running and walking, not anything I do on the bike or rowing machine.0
