    Back for another month - Lot's of spinning and even a Snowflake Shuffle (5k) planned for February !!!

    Feb. 1st : 17 miles (*Spin Class*)

    I couldn't help myself! Once I got started with the cardio I couldn't stop. ARC, cardio circuit, elliptical then the bike.

    I'm in for 168 miles. I plan to average 6 miles a day. Since I have a sedentary job, I am going to log all my miles (I wear a pedometer every day). Let's make this happen!

    Well cr@p now that I'm in...I'm on a 4 day break from running b/c of hip pain. I may try to walk a little this weekend, but my 11 mile run on Sunday has been nixed. I'll still see what I can do for the month of February.

    I am a newbie too. I will make my goal 50 miles. Question: If we find we are on pace to ridiculously exceed our goal (such as biking instead of walking/running) can we adjust our goal later in the month, or do we just say we met/exceeded that month's goal?
