This is a continuation of a group that has run for many months. It is open to anyone who wants to participate. Post your weekly weights, your successes and struggles, and give support to the person above you!

You guys really rocked in January - let's see what we can do this month!

    Total weight lost: Earlier in January I was down to 195, so this seems to be a temporary bump up that should go straight back down this month. But such a bummer to go back over 199.9!

    Just for fun: What are you going to do for yourself when you lose 5 pounds this month? Get a new mani-pedi.

    5 lbs this month would be huge for me. Weight likes to take its sweet *kitten* time coming off!!

    CW: (Current weight) Got down to 134 in January but strangely I'm back up to 135.4 despite good nutrition and exercise, hoping it's water weight!

    Ohhh, I have just joined another group...
    This would be a good challenge....
    And if I do lose 5 pounds this month I won´t reward myself, my goal is 8.8 pounds, so I will just wait for that resutl!
    But I will be very happy if I eliminate 5 pounds! Then I am almost there!
    And at the end of my 8.8 pounds... a watch which counts calories and your heart rate for when I am liftgin.... Definitly that! :smile:
    And maybe, just maybe I will buy it when I eliminate 5 pounds... :wink:

    I'm excited we are continuing to do this again for February. I had made a personal goal to be under 200lbs by Valentines Day but I wouldn't mind losing 5lbs for the entire month. Let's do this! :love:

    Just for fun: What are you going to do for yourself when you lose 5 pounds this month? My goals are in 5lb increments. When I lose 1 lb my reward is a massage (10lbs milestone) so I I can do 5 more in February that will be the 15 lb milestone which was predestined to be new haircut and highlights! So I guess my goal is 6lbs for February but will be satisfied with 5!

    This month is a biggie for me as at the end of it, I will turn 40. My original plan was to lose 15 in Jan & Feb as I am quitting smoking on 3/1 (the BIG day). I don't think I will realistically make the 15 but if I am close, I will be happy with it as it means that I have set good eating and exercise as habits that will move forward as I put the beat down on smokey.

    Total weight lost: 17.6 pounds total since joining the gym in late Nov - but most of them came in Jan (11.8) when I really buckled down on getting to the gym 3-4 times a week and logging daily on MFP.

    My ultimate goal is to be at 130-135. I am not looking for ultimate fitness as of right now- I just want to look good in my clothes again. When I reach my goal of losing 5 or more pounds this month, I plan on treating myself to a massage!

    Total weight lost: 16 pounds since January 20, 2013. I have been juicing for 14 days which is the reason for the quick weight loss.

    Just for fun: I haven't made up my mind what I am going to do for myself after losing 5 pounds but I am thinking about a spa day.
