I will be start doing more cardio. I do strength already 4 days a week at best. I will take less days off. I will continue to eat clean and healthy.

Hey guys! January didn't turn out quite as well as I planned, but I did lose 3 lbs and have kept it off more or less! Now it's time to start fresh in February! My goal is only to lose 2-3 lbs, since it's the last few lbs to my goal and they WILL.NOT.BUDGE!

This month is a biggie for me as at the end of it, I will turn 40. My original plan was to lose 15 in Jan & Feb as I am quitting smoking on 3/1 (the BIG day). I don't think I will realistically make the 15 but if I am close, I will be happy with it as it means that I have set good eating and exercise as habits that will move forward as I put the beat down on smokey.
