When i lose 5 pounds im just going to work on losing 5 more and try on everthing in my closet that i couldnt fit last month. My husband gets back into the states off of deployment in 2 months I want his mouth to drop open and the drool roll out!! He has been away for a year.

Hooray for challenges!! So glad I found this. Been on high dose prednisone for months and gained 30 lbs!!! So frustrating. Prednisone=the devil (but it saves lives, too...) Happy to join!!! Good luck all!

I've been a MFP member for a couple of years, but stopped really doing anything about my weight last June when my husband suffered a concussion, and we moved, I changed jobs, my Gram passed away...
Basically it's been a stressful year and I stopped taking care of myself, and was SHOCKED when I stepped on the scale yesterday at the Dr.
Time to get back on track!
