    I'm 5'2 and my current weight is 154lbs and I'd like to be 132-134lbs :)
  • My goal weight is 135lbs. I've got an hourglass figure anyway, so I think once I hit that I'll look good and definitely a lot better than I would at the lowest weight range! Though it really does depend how I feel when I get there :)

    I'm 5'3" by the way.

    I'm 5 feet tall, currently weigh about 119. My goal weight was originally 100-105 and I'm still going to strive for that, but I realize that muscle is heavier than fat, so I think, if I built up muscle, I would look good between 105 and 110.

    I must wanna stay fat, haha! I'm 5'1 and my first goal weight is 150, ultimate is 135. I carry most of my weight in my butt and thighs..if I were to get any thinner than that, I look sickly from the waist up! lol
  • I am 5'2 1/2 - My goal weight is 114. I am currently well above that. I have only just started MFP and currently looking at my current calorie intake to see what changes I need to make.
  • I am 5'1" and going to be 55 this year..I started at 238 and my goal is 140-130. Want to be healthy, not Twiggy.

    I'm 5'1" on a tall day :0) SW: 165 CW: 158 CGW: 125. I want to be fit and strong. I have a larger frame (sort of like a football player) :0)

    I'm 5'1/2'' and CW is 140. I was down to 130 in October, but injured my back and had limited mobility.

    My GW is around 117, and UGW 110.

    However, I'm not sure what the likelihood of this is considering muscle density and how much weights I lift.

    Ideally I'd like a 24"-25" waist and a BFP of 20-25, but we'll see when I get closer. :)

    Right now the next 5lbs is all that matters! ^_^

    5 feet here, goal weight 103-100. Almost there, right now I'm 104.6.

    Im 5ft 2" and currently 145lbs but aiming for 126lbs in the short term and 120 in the long term.

    4'11" here. Current weight: 206. Goal weight: 120-125.
  • i'm 4'10" 53yrs. right now I'm at 133. I FEEL best at 122-125. It's very hard for me to get down to 122 and stay there, so I set my goal at 125, which puts me in a size 4. I'm presently wearing a tight 4.:tongue:

  • I'm 5' 3" 214lbs. 55 yrs old. I'd absolutely love to get to 135! That may be hard so my goal now is 150. But I will be honest - I was lost 25 lbs 4 yrs ago that took me to 185 and I was even happy with that!!!!

    5'3" 110 lbs.
    I feel best at 105. that's when my ab muscles start to show. Hopefully I'll get back to that before swimsuit season. More Zumba! I'm up to teaching 6 classes a week now so that ought to help.

    I'm 5ft 2 and aiming for 120lb as my goal weight. After that, I'll aim to be 107lb (based on Kourtney Kardashian's weight, haha. I love the way her body looks).

    you and i share same view.. i am 5.3. started with 144lb now i am 136lb.

    CW - 178lbs

    I currently eat 1600-1800 cals

    My goal weight is going to be anywhere between 100-140lbs. I am more aiming for 19-20% body fat and I am planning on including more weight training/heavy lifiting into my exercise regime. :)

    I'm 5'2" and apparently to get down to 23% body fat, I should be 113. That sounds about right to me. I was 108 in High School, but when I got that low at age 40, I lost my curves, so 5 lbs. more is good. 121 right now.
  • I am 5'1", and my goal weight is 120, I will see what I can get to.

    My lowest weight was 98 lbs(in HS)-but I didn't have boobs then, now that I have them, they seem to be sticking around, even after a 25 lb weight loss.

    Same here! When I started I had 26 pounds to loose but I think I am down 8 pounds in 3 weeks (I will know tomorrow)

    I'm 5'. My current weight is 172. My goal is 115. At first my goal was just to get to 128, so that I could say I was at a healthy weight. But now I'm thinking it would be nice to lose enough to have a little bit of room to fluctuate.

    5' 2" 125lbs 21% body fat. I would like to get my body fat percentage lower so I don't care much about what the scale tells me anymore.

    And in my dreams I think it would be amazing to get to 110.

    Ive never been under 118 and definitely felt there was room for improvement even at that weight.

    Im 5ft and currently 140lbs (well hopefully a pound or two less, weighing in tomorrow).
    I was 182 pounds when I had my little boy, he was 9lb 14oz , he's 8 months old now.

    My goal is 126lbs. I know that is still at the high side of BMI but I will never be a skinny person, I never was. I have very broad shoulder having being a gymnast and a swimmer for years.

    I have a serious arm issue aswell, I hate my upper arms.

    But since joining mfp Ive read about strenght training and definition etc so I think when I get closer to my goal I'll start with more strength training.

    I'm 5'2 and as silly as it sounds my goal weight is 140-160 (I'll figure it out when I get there) :) I've been 125 in my life and I honestly like how I look when I'm around 160 vs. what I'm "supposed" to weigh! That's totally a personal choice, though, and I'm not dissing anyone who goes by BMI charts or anything. ❤
