Wake up, pee, make sure I am naked, step on scale. Pretty much the same thing every morning.0

Wake up, pee, step onto scale wearing tank and undies.
Pause on scale ignoring MAGICAL 6 kg loss (!!), step off to allow to reset (fat cat likes to sleep on scale and every morning I have to reset to zero).
Step back on scale and observe actual weight status.0 -

Lol I wee n poop; strip and weigh naked. Make sure scales are also in the exact same set of tiles every single time Funny how we all have our little rituals....So glad to read so many similar ones to me....0

same! wake up, bathroom, then strip in the kitchen where my scale is. only spot in my house with space and tile.0

Eat under my calories and exercise all week. :bigsmile: And drink a mass amount of water the day before in hopes of "cleansing" myself by the morning of weigh-in day. IDK if it works, but it's what I do. And also take a big poo if I can. Just being honest lol Oh, and I weigh myself 3-4 times and use the average weight. It's weird how I can manage to gain a pound and a half in a matter of 20 seconds without doing anything. :laugh:0

get up from my bed go to the bathroom pee,take of my clothes make sure the scale was on the perfect tiles then....... close my eyes...
inhale..... exhale.. then inhale and exhale again...ready.. step on the scale.... Whoala!!! accept whatever the result is and then get the tape measure...
maybe tape measure will give me hope..:laugh: :laugh:0 -
Wake up, evacuate, exercise, center the scale, cajole/plead/threaten the scale to show progress, strip, weigh, curl up in the corner.0

Pee, strip, then weigh 2x. I have to get on my scale 2 x because for some reason, it always hold the weight from the last weigh-in. The "true" weight comes from the 2nd time I step on, either good or bad :laugh:0

bathroom/no clothes/ say "please dont let it be bad please dont let it be bad" hold breath look down and then look up and say "thank you" to the good lord above!! And if i haven't gained all is well0

wake up, potty, shower, put on tank and undies, put scale in same place, make sure its level, exhale and hope for the best! my official weigh day is friday, gives me a full week of workouts. sometimes i'll sneak one in a day or two early but try to resist the urge.0

Wake up, take dog out, go to the bathroom, sacrafice a few virgins while chanting to appease the scale gods, strip, wash blood off face, step on scale... continue on my way.

First thing in the morning, pee/poop, strip down, position scale on a single tile, weigh 3 times and go with the number that shows up the most (sometimes it weighs different....idk)0

My ritual is the day before I do a last chance workout for four hours; the day of weigh in which is sunday I weigh in at the same time and strip naked and then text all my friends my progress!!0

Wake up, pee, strip, put scale on a certain tile, weigh. Put scale on another certain tile & weigh to make sure it reads the same weight as other tile (always does) lol! Weigh almost every day. We all have our rituals.0

Okay I think I do all mention except no matter if its up or down I check twice, if I lose I may recheck a third time, Lol! I then immediately go put in my diary.0
