let's just say-THEY WORK! My *kitten* is now BANGING!!!!!
*HIGH FIVE*0 -
I was told that bulgarian split squats target the glutes really well, I tried them, and they do.
this is in addition to regular squats.0 -
Quick question! Do squats really shape or give you more of an *kitten*? I dont wanna lose mine! Can we see some pics please? ????
I'm not sure if this is a women only respond type question. But deadlifts and squats have really lifted my *kitten* - but they certainly have not made it smaller0 -
<----
Damn! ????0 -
bump for later!!
this may be a dumb question but when you say squats...any squats will achieve this correct? regular squats (standing to chair position) and squats you do at the gym with a barbell?
this may be a blonde moment but i am curious! lol0 -
Squats- The difference between having a butt and having an *kitten*.
Squats definitely gave me the butt that I wanted!
So drop it down to the floor and do some squats!
Il defo b dropping it down tonight ????0 -
It won't stop you from losing fat in your booty. That's up to genetics. But it will strength, firm and make the most of what genetics gave you. They will help prevent losing booty muscle along with the fat so you won't get a saggy booty.0

any squats... I've also heard (and don't shoot the messenger!) if you do 30 squats before you eat, it helps too... no I don't know why!
Any squats... just put your butt back and sit (knees behind your toes, shouders back head up, back straight, tummy tucked in TIGHT) - weighted or not. I like Jump Squats (yes they hurt!) but they also help shred due to the cardio involved as well
Lunges area also fantasticalyamazing!0 -

First of all - squats are great for your *kitten* - shapely, lifted, less dimples and stuff. Unfortunately I cannot share pictures with you because I am on MFP and MFP doesn't like us to share photos showing our hard work in anything less than a full got damn latex suit. All my pics are in thongs or cheekies. So, sorry, you'll have to use your imagination because the MFP police will get me if not. Oh noooooes!0

since bum pics are technically against MFP rules, I will TESTIFY in the name of the SQUAT!
I was once an obese white girl, who ran off 50 lbs. Then I suffered from the horrible disorder you may know of as "flat white girl butt."
But then I began to squat and HEAVENS ME! I have a nice round shape to my bottom side now!
Squats do a booty good!0 -
actually, squats and deadlifts.0

I am literally in awe of your backside. You might have just renewed my commitment to squats and running.
Seriously, that is the worlds best motivation.0
