I had cauliflower pizza crust topped with homemade tomato sauce. Mozzarella cheese, saute' onions and mushrooms, some spinach, turkey sausage and prosciutto. It was 353 calories. Had with it a small salad with light red wine vinaigrette dressing! So good!
Made double chocolate chip muffins that were 95 calories each, contained no flower!

Standard lunch - I use what ever veggies I find on sale over spinach and arugula. Also season and cook a bunch of chicken breast each weekend and portion it out so I can grab and go. Oh, and I don't like my chicken getting salad goo on it or my cottage cheese and salsa getting mixed in too early so I keep it all wrapped or in portion cups until it is time to eat.
