I have a running camelbak so I shove everything in there. http://www.amazon.com/Camelbak-Annadel-Hydration-Aurora-Frost/dp/B00437XGNY/ref=sr_1_fkmr2_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1360094315&sr=8-1-fkmr2&keywords=running+camelbak+women0

Phone is my ipod - which goes into my arm band. Arm band has a key holder so that is where my key goes. There's nothing else you really need that you cant wear around your arm/waste, etc when out for a run.
i also have my sweat rag, but I just fold that over waistband of my pants while out running and use it as needed, then put it back.0 -
phone - inside sports bra
car keys - tied to shoe lace
that's everything i carry except during the week when i'm at work then i add my id badge - stuffed in sports bra.0 -
The jacket I wear for my runs zips closed so I don't have to worry. But my son made me a shoulder pocket that I can wear underneath too if I switch jackets. I mentioned it and he literally made one for me out of jeans.... :laugh:0

Armband for my iPhone, dog tags for ID (and driver's license with iPhone), and hide my keys inside fender, or tie it to my shoelace.0

I just run with my ipod but I do it old school and stuff it in my sports bra.0

I tie my key onto my shoe and carry nothing else.0

I've just bought some jogging bottoms with zip-up pockets0

I read thru the comments and got some more ideas for myself. I currently use the wrist wallet but I know I'm going to hate it when the weather gets warmer. So I looked into the SPIBelt and LOVED it so I just ordered mine and I also saw the Road ID bracelet mentioned and never heard of it. Did some research and thought it was a great idea, especially since I have an allergy to a very common pain medication. Just placed my orders for both and only spent $40 for both things, great price!!
Thank you all for the suggestions!!0 -
I put my key (car/house) and ID in my arm band (I have room in the arm band for such yay!) for my iPhone!0

I actually only have one pair of running pants and they have tiny little pockets, I am always scared of losing something out of them. But I've started to just close them up with a safty pin when I leave. It works for poor people like me xD0

Armband for the phone, and it has that little pocket like some have mentioned. I run from home, so don't usually need to bring a key. For ID, I bought a RoadID - has all my info, DL#, who to call, etc, in case something happens & I can't speak for myself while I'm out there. http://www.roadid.com/Common/default.aspx
For odd times that I run away from home (ha, run away from home) or am doing a race, I have a runner's belt for stashing keys, cash, a credit card or my actual DL - http://www.nathansports.com/our-products/runners-paks-music-carriers/runners-paks/shadow-pak
Picked up both my armband and my running belt at TJ Maxx for a lot less than retail.0 -
Phone for tunes in one hand. Keys in the other. Wallet stays locked up at home.0

I wear a pouchkey, it wraps around my thigh and looks great with booty short,
women's clothing usually has small pockets, but we are used to carrying our phone keys and ID,
therefore pouchkey is a great functional accessory solution,
you can check it out at: pouchkey.etsy.com0 -
When I was in the army, I put the ID and key in my shoe. NOW, I use an arm band.0
-
I use my jacket and/or running short and/or pants pockets, phone armband, Nathan vest pockets, or Nathan hydration belt pockets.0
