Ran 4 miles this evening.
Well, my legs were heavy, it started raining, I drank too much coffee and I had to poop halfway through the run, but I kept running. Thanks to some divine intervention I managed to complete the run juuust before the **** hit the fan. I came this close to living a greek tragedy... And to think that this was my 'comfortable' run :noway:

Hm forgot to post yesterday! A very quick 1.5 miles yesterday, and a long run of 6 miles today in the rain (though not as cold as many of you are dealing with). Keep moving everyone!0
