    12.5 mile long run sunday...definite rest day today...
    38.39/80 complete


    updated to here....
    lanise825 has met her goal...
    23 others are on target to make their goals (in the lime so to speak)
    30+/- are close to being on target...
    70+/- are moving but at this point are not on track to make their goal - need to add some miles my dears....
    50+/- haven't reported a single step...i feel sorry for them...i just wish we didnt have sooo many non-starters....

    47 miles update for month Feb 2013. Sorry Dinos and Bluiz. I've done just the numbers for over a year and a half. Hard to break that habit. At least I haven't put it on last year Feb. Ive been known to do that too:):laugh: :ohwell: :flowerforyou: :drinker:

  • Rode stationary bike 10.05 miles this morning for a total of 60.09 miles for the month.

    Slow 4 mile Jog along a Loch today, got to 2.6 miles without stopping (furthest this year) then stopped to watch a Sea Eagle fly over the Loch :)
