Now at 98 lbs and i do 1510 a day to maintain0

1200 is my goal most days. I go higher if I need to because of exercise or something.
I started at 213 I think. I'm 154 now. I still have another 20-30lbs to go.0 -

1660 plus exercise calories. I have it set on half a pound a week, but am losing a bit more quickly than that. Started less than a month ago at 170 and am 165 today.0

MFP recommended 1414, I am 5'6" and 151 lbs. This is with no exercising. With an infant that is impossible right now.
But in the first week I lost 6 lbs, and I thought that was a bit much since I am nursing, so I raised it to 1800.0 -

I am 5 '6" and now weigh 152, my calorie goal is 1330 a day, 12 more pounds until I reach my goal, then I can up it a little.0

I'm 5'6" and my starting weight was 248.2 and today I am 218. My tdee with a 20% deficit is 1850 and my bmr is 1687 so my goal is to eat somewhere in between those two numbers.0

1790 based on my BMR which is also pretty close to my TDEE of 1,854 with a 20% deficit that takes into account my level of exercise. Both intakes are really high though and realistically, I am almost always under by 200-300.0 -

I'm currently 155....I measure from my adjusted RMR (1350) and subtract 125 daily (a third of pound per week based on calories) so I aim for 1225 cals consumed daily and I average 500-800 exercise calories daily....and I have been losing 1-2 pounds weekly consistently

I started out at 192 last month and have lost 6 lbs. Monday - Friday I try to stick around 1300 give or take 50 calories or so. I keep it low on those days because weekends are a challenge for me. I know I'll eat more on weekends so I look at it as a certain number of calories over a week rather than a daily thing. Works for me.0

I'm 5'4" I started at 225 lbs in June and I'm now down to 147 lbs. Eating around 1200 a day -ish0

I'm 5' 2.9" and 148lbs. I eat about 1616 /day. I just upped my calories from 1416. Right now as I adjust to a higher intake, I only eat half of my exercise calories back.0

Remember that your RMR calories do not include anything outside of lying in bed staying alive. The instant you get out of bed to go to the bathroom you are burning more than that. With that stats you gave your current TDEE is 2167 (or so) so you are actually at a deficit of 942 calories a day.0 -

I started at 175 and am now 142. I am 5'7". I try to eat 1200 per day but lately it has been more like 1400. the last 10 pounds are really difficult for me but the first part was easy as can be.0
