I went to bootcamp on a Saturday morning and actually enjoyed it!0

I lost 16 lbs and kept it off for 3 years. Now I have gained 8 lbs back. I'm proud that I finally got back on track to lose weight.0

Today I'm proud that I went for a late night workout last night even though I was tired and knew it would cut into my sleep time. That's what day off naps are for.
Also proud that I woke up early and am ready for the yoga class I am going to with a friend0 -
Today I'm proud because I went to the gym this morning. That makes 3 days this week I did the elliptical. I've lost 8 lbs. since Jan 1st and kept it off so far.0

I have tracked my food and stayed within my limits for 4 days in a row. This is a real accomplishment for me

i'm proud that i have finally taken some accountability for myself and kept to my healthy choice eatings. usually on the weekends im on the hunt to see whats delicious (but not very healthy) to eat. i dont feel like that today :-) i feel like i deserve the good things in life, and that means the good healthy things i put in my mouth :-) i deserve to eat good and nutritious today!! And i'm surely gonna do it0 -
Today I am 11.1 lbs lighter and work outs keep getting easier. That 5K doesn't seem impossible anymore.0

I'm proud because today I woke myself up early instead of sleeping in with the kids so I could get some of my cleaning done and have more time in the day to be active and hopefully sneak in some exercise.0

Today im proud because i walked 9 miles and burned 892 calories!0

I am proud to still be on the path to losing 70 pounds and my new knees. Temptations have come, but God has kept my focus on my goal. So...I guess that I am really more grateful than proud, 'cause I couldn't have done this without Him.0

Because I had a stressful week at work and I stuck to. It, and saw a .9lb loss for this week. Previously I would have given up and just lumped around and ate crap.0

My weight loss has slowed but I am not getting discouraged because I know that my clothes are fitting looser and looser - so I know I'm successful despite what the *&^#$$) scale says.0

I lost another pound! Also, I did very well all week and will enjoy a wonderful meal with my family this weekend. I eat pretty low cal during the week and have a couple of cheat meals over the weekend and it balances out for me.0

I am proud that I got my *kitten* out of bed this morning to make it on time to 8:15 Yoga class and I am down 2.4 pounds this week after a long plateau.0 -
I am proud of myself for competing in the Cupid Chase 5k, in the snow, and I didn't finish last. This is only my second 5k, and I beat my first 5k time. And I ran my fastest mile ever. That little storm they called memo can bite me!!0

I'm very proud today because although I may have ate foods that have a high Carbohydrate intake, I still worked out in pain. I have a severe Carbohydrate Intolerance and sometimes binge on 'bad foods' that also upset my IC, IBS and Gastritis.0
