Some awe-inspiring successes on the thread,

I started at 197lbs (2nd May 2012), plucked up courage to take these photos on the 15th May (193lbs)

Fast forward 8th February 2013 (10 inches off my waist) and 50lbs down, now currently 146lbs

Still got a way to go, but focusing more on measurments rather than weight now

Check mine out :) I'm kinda sure my photos are public :) Hit my GW in 7 months & love it. 5'4" here, 37yo :) down 35kg :) Been a 'fattie' for about 20 years..... well almost.... now loving being a skinny chick.

Strong in mind = strong in body. MY PT at the gym thanked ME for making his day when he met me last week. He thinks I'm his motivation :)

How many calories is everyone eating each day ? Just curious because we are all the same height roughly. Those of you with major weight loss, how many calories did you eat to lose ? and was that with exercise or before etc ??

    Thanks ! :)
