    somehow this thread keeps finding its way back! thanks alot guys! i notice the closer i get to my goal, the slower my weight loss. my goal, being so tall (5 foot 10) is 160, and this morning i weighed in at 187. thanks again for all the encouragement, i love mfp, and dont think i would have stuck it out this long without logging and encouragement from friends and community members!
