If you don't eat egss then don't eat them. But if you are going to eat them then eat the yolks. Eggs are a whole food and an excllent source of nutrition! And eating eggs almost every day has certainly not hampered my weight loss - I've lost 35kg (77lbs) in just under 7 months, even while eating egg yolks! hahah0

It doesn't matter. Enjoy your eggs how you like them. As long as your overall diet is balanced, it doesn't matter what precise foods you eat.0

I often eat poached eggs for breakfast or sometimes lunch. When my personal trainer had a look through my food diary he suggested cutting out one of the yolks, as I only have a few more lbs left to lose now, and he thought it might help.
So now I just poach 3 eggs, eat 1 yolk, and give the other yolks to my 2 children! They're 1 and 3 and don't really like the white. So nothing is wasted!
He told me to replace the fat with things like nuts and seeds, and to aim for 35-40g of fat a day.
Nuts are fat..
Yes, 'good' fats! Not saturated fat. He would rather I had nuts/olive oil/avocado etc than egg yolk.0 -
It's a yolk not a cake, just eat it, stop wasting good food.0

We did not get fat by eating too many fracking eggs.0 -

You can eat the yolk if you want, it does have the large majority of the nutrients. However if your concern is Choletorol then eating the yolk will send you over on your daily goals for sure. I like to use egg whites on my salad nearly every day so i don't eat the yolk. But it is not going to kill you if you do. I just choose not to as cholestorol is a big issue to me.0

I am against chicken abortions - i dont believe in eating eggs
Apart from those 9 on Monday. Other than that you are rock solid.0 -
Eat them. Unless you've had a bypass recently, and a medical doctor told you not to eat something that could put you back in a stretcher. Otherwise, eggs, yolk included have essential nutrients and, I mean, come on. Eggs. Delicious.0

Don't eat. The yolk contains all the bad fats of the egg, the whites are high protein for very few cals.0

I don't have a cholesterol problem so I don't worry about it.
Generally I have 2 eggs, 2 or 3 times a week, either poached or in an omlette.
Though if I need more protein that day I add extra egg whites0 -

Yes eat the whole egg. Most of the nutrition is in the yolks. Fats don't make people fat, too many calories make people fat. And you need healthy fats in your diet to be healthy and eggs have healthy fats in them.0
