    First week on MFP, and this challenge sounds great! I'm going to start with 2000 since that's a bit more than my normal amount (I probably average about 1500 calories/week normally).


    Weekly Goal: 2000
    Mon: 270 calories, 35 minutes on the treadmill walking/jogging 2.5 miles
    Tues: 456 calories, 35 minutes on treadmill walking/jogging 2.4 miles + 30 day shred

    Today was great!!! I hiked and went swimming!! Actually I'm quite pround I swam the mile in 49 minutes! Tomorrow I might do some Insanity! :)

    Monday...........Rest Day

    Tuesday...........1172....:59.44.....Beat my best which was 1100 calories for the same time..First 7 minutes I jogged 5.5 to 7.2 mph at -3% decline up to 2% incline.....Next 15 minutes I walked 2.8 to 3.5 mph at an incline of 20% up to 40%...The next :37.44 I mixed it up.
