Super easy and delicious! I guess you could just toss in whatever you have on hand, or whatever filling you like in sushi. I threw in a bunch of veggies and fish with some salt, rice vinegar and sugar. I have a whole bag of nori, so I have a feeling there will be a lot of experimentation with these!0 -
Sirloin tip roast(organic grass fed beef), organic baby asparagus, and cheddar mashed potatoes.

Howl- Kumara chips look phenomenal; I love anything burnt.
Totally intentional - gives it that extra bit of flavor.
Salmon sushi and a crapton of wasabi sauce. Eaten at my Nan's place. Omnom.
Baked potatoes and goat steaks smothered in goat feta gravy, because I felt ironic.
Still got two desserts I haven't eaten yet, but meh, wanted to post now anyways.0 -
Giggity , I nearly reported your post for extreme torture.
Can I just send you my postal address?0 -

I have been known to accept bribes. Part of the reason I cannot run for public office =P There was also that thing in Mexico......but we''l leave it at bribery.0 -
Zuppa Toscana 274 Cal per serving. I normally make it a little "lighter" than this, but the rest is going to DD's school tomorrow for the teacher's in-service lunch. So I made it extra yummy0

Chorizo, potato and manchego empanadas
Wow those look really good, might have to try0 -
Bond- stir fry looks fantastic; I've been on a stir fry kick lately. I love that there's literally no way to screw it up.
One of my FAVORITE meals in the world that my mom made all the time when I was younger, best made with soba noodles; I didn't plan ahead and didn't have the pineapple, but it's honestly the best meal. I used quorn "chicken"- Yum!! Ya'll have to try this. You will not be disappointed

I really have no idea how I managed to mangle this so badly... individual brownie made in a ramekin (ugly and delicious, best with PB and a glass of almond milk)
Sushi burrito: Part 3 (I ate part two before remembering to snap a shot, whoopsies). Veggies, imitation crab, lots of cream cheese. Best of the three yet.
Salmon burger with veggies and cream cheese. Best ever.0 -

You should cut open that burrito so we can see the goodness on the inside0 -
Goodies throughout the week:
Oatmeal with banana and coffee
Tuna stuffed bell peppers, orange and toast:
Flounder with asapargus and green beans, pear and toast
Salmon burger with sweet potato and veggies, orange
Cajun salmon, spicy slaw, broccoli
Late night snack - cheesy bread with ranch, cheese, marinara dipping sauces.
