      If your SO says she's "fine," she's not. There's something seriously wrong, it's probably your fault, and rather than tell you what it is, she wants you to torture yourself trying to figure it out on your own for hours or even days before she finally comes clean about it. And odds are, it's probably a big misunderstanding where she misinterpreted something you said or did and read WAY too deeply into it, attaching her own meaning to it. Because it is the nature of a woman to always read in between the lines. This will get both her AND you into trouble sometimes because more often than not, with us guys, there IS nothing in between the lines to read. She can't accept that. So she's going to make up her own "in between the lines." And it's going to be bad.

      Btw, I prefer staying at home with videogames, booze, and netflix (or working out with my partner at the gym) rather than going shopping or getting a manicure. Just saying ;-D

      Oh and whenever I see my boyfriend, I offer to cook for him (usually bacon and eggs; though i have offerred to make steak and potatoes!).

      Been in fitness for 30 years and have studied kinesiology and nutrition

      Dance classes are fun and really work up a sweat. Believe me, the men who I know who HAVE gone to zumba and cardio kickboxing are really surprised on how hard it is to keep up with us ladies:-P

      But lifting is great for building strength, toning, and muscle. Just sayin....for cardio, dance classes! (and guys, it's ag reat way to meet women. I know I'm impressed with a man who's comfortable enough with his sexuality to try out zumba)

      Don't EVER tell your SO they need to lose some weight or are fat. (you will pay dearly)

      Don't buy a vacuum for a gift.

      Don't try to fix a problem for your SO.
