    Tuesday...........1172....:59.44.....Beat my best which was 1100 calories for the same time..First 7 minutes I jogged 5.5 to 7.2 mph at -3% decline up to 2% incline.....Next 15 minutes I walked 2.8 to 3.5 mph at an incline of 20% up to 40%...The next :37.44 I mixed it up.

    Thursday.......Just Plain Lazy...LOL

    Friday...........1500......1:18.46......A combination of jogging at a -3% decline up to a 5% incline...Walking from 15% up to 40%...2.5 to 4.2 MPH.......Average heart rate for the entire workout.....130.......Definitely my best workout..

    Saturday.........2000......1:53.14.........jogged for the first mile...I walked at 3.4 mph at a 24.5% pace after that for the most part after that first mile..I was in the ZONE..1221 calories in 1 hour..Burned 779 calories in the remaining 53 minutes at a slightly lower pace...Another late night workout...

    So, this past week bit badly but, I should' t have done 3500 cals. to start with. I am nowhere near most of your totals :( It's quite alright, though. This was my first week and I did exercise less than normal. No excuse. I checked back on the week before and I had burned 2056 calories, so for my second week, I will lower to 2500 and work my way up. Awesome job everyone!
