So, this past week bit badly but, I should' t have done 3500 cals. to start with. I am nowhere near most of your totals It's quite alright, though. This was my first week and I did exercise less than normal. No excuse. I checked back on the week before and I had burned 2056 calories, so for my second week, I will lower to 2500 and work my way up. Awesome job everyone!
