Agreed! Joining MFP, digital kitchen scales and small plates. Also using a pedometer and trying to beat the previous day's score.

Several things! MFP, my HRM, my food scale, and my bikini that's crumpled up in the drawer just waiting for the hot weather.

Confidence. I was at a healthy weigh before, and I absolutely know I can do it again. It will take work, of course, but knowing I can is great motivation

Polar heart rate monitor, and Perfect Portions digital food scale.

One helps me in the gym, the other helps me in the kitchen. ;)

My little diet scales so I can weigh everything out then I know how many calories are in my food.
My kindle fire so i can log my food when I'm away from the computer.
The MFP app so I can log everything when I'm away from home.

From an exercise perspective, great sneakers, my iPod and my awesome MFP friends who are so dedicated to working out I feel guilty.

From a nutrition perspective, hot tea and my crockpot. Having healthy food to come home to makes life easier and helps me avoid takeout. I freeze what I don't eat for another day.
