 Sat: calories burned 770 Cross country hiking with the dogs, ab workout vid, 4 WATP--I did it with a day to go!!

 Tuesday...........1172....:59.44.....Beat my best which was 1100 calories for the same time..First 7 minutes I jogged 5.5 to 7.2 mph at -3% decline up to 2% incline.....Next 15 minutes I walked 2.8 to 3.5 mph at an incline of 20% up to 40%...The next :37.44 I mixed it up.

 Thursday.......Just Plain Lazy...LOL
 Friday...........1500......1:18.46......A combination of jogging at a -3% decline up to a 5% incline...Walking from 15% up to 40%...2.5 to 4.2 MPH.......Average heart rate for the entire workout.....130.......Definitely my best workout..
 Saturday.........2000......1:53.14.........jogged for the first mile...I walked at 3.4 mph at a 24.5% pace after that for the most part after that first mile..I was in the ZONE..1221 calories in 1 hour..Burned 779 calories in the remaining 53 minutes at a slightly lower pace...Another late night workout...
 Sunday.........1372.......1 Hour and 20 minutes......527.7 ( Beat my record by 7 tenths of a calorie) in 22 minutes 30-40% incline the first 10 minutes at 2.8-3.2 MPH..Heart rate got up to 160 at the end of this session...844.3 calories burned in 58 minutes...This was almost all high incline walking...80% of it was 20-24% incline at 3 to 3.4 mph..
