  • Really good for a complete breakfast !

    1 scoop of chocolate whey ( I use Gaspari Myofusion)
    1 cup of skim milk
    1 banana
    1 tbsp. peanut butter
    1/4 cup of natural oatmeal
    4-5 ice cubes

    total 580 calories/ 62g carbs/ 19g fat and 43g of protein.
  • Mint chocolate chip ice cream shake:

    1/2 cup skim milk
    2 to 3 cups of spinach. (there is a recipe for freezing your spinach on bodybuilding.com that will make it thicker, and more shake-like.
    1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder. (vanilla looks better)
    1/2 tsp peppermint extract
    sweetener to taste (optional)
    1/2 frozen banana.
    1 tbsp chocolate chips (optional)

    Cookies and cream shake:

    1/2 cup skim milk
    1 scoop vanilla protein powder
    sweetener to taste
    1/2 frozen banana
    1- 100 calorie pack oreo cookies, or 2 reduced fat oreo cookies
    5 or 6 ice cubes

    PB & C Banana Shake:

    1 banana
    2 tbsp peanut butter
    1/2 cup chocolate almond milk
    1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
    3 ice cubes

    Makes about 1 1/2 cups. It's my favorite recipe so far because CHOCOLATE. :3

    Butterfinger shake:

    Scoop vanilla protein
    1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese
    1 tbs sugar free butterscotch pudding powder
    1 tbs PB2
    Few chocolate chips

    Banana cream pie shake:

    Scoop vanilla protein
    1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese
    1 tbs sugar free banana pudding powder
    1 tbs PB2
    Few chocolate chips

    This is my favorite... It's an Apple Berry Protein Shake

    3 oz of apple juice
    1 cup of strawberries
    1 small banana
    1 scoop of protein powder, Jillian Michaels Vanilla Whey or any kind of whey protein powder
    1 cup of ice

    Pour ingredients into blender and blen high until the mixture is smooth and frothy.

    The shake is only 285 calories.

    Coffee Carmel Frappachino

    8 oz Unsweetened Almond milk
    2 Tbls Instant coffee
    2 Tbls sugar free carmel syrup
    2 scoops of Body By Vi
    1 t vanilia
    Handful of spinach
    1 1/2 C crushed ice

    Blend well in blender
    Can top with cool whip free & drizzle with the carmel syrup

    A great way to start your day!

  • one of my favorite go-to shakes is unsweetened vanilla almond milk, frozen mixed fruit, and vanilla protein powder. easy and delicious.

    also love coffee frozen into ice cubes, mixed with the almond milk, and choc or vanilla powder.

    love adding PB2 (powdered pb- 2 TB= 35 calories) to my shakes too, especially with banana and chocolate powder. ;)

    If you are wanting to increase veggies in your day, Bolthouse Farms 100% Carrot Juice is very good in a shake along with some raw kale or spinach and some sort of fruit mixed in with the protein powder and liquid of your choice. Also, crushed ice makes it extra wonderful :)
